Job Description – Front Office Executive (4-Star Hotel, Cardiff)

We are hiring for a Front Office Job Cardiff Wales for one of our client’s 4-star hotels located in central Cardiff. The property operates with a strong focus on guest experience, smooth front desk operations, and professional hospitality standards.

Key Duties

  • Welcome guests on arrival and complete check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage room bookings and update reservation systems accurately
  • Respond to guest enquiries in person, over phone, and via email
  • Coordinate daily with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
  • Handle billing, payments, and invoice processing at the front desk
  • Support guests with requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain shift reports and update front office logs
  • Ensure smooth operations during busy check-in and check-out periods

Salary Package
