Hostivox Talent UK is currently hiring on behalf of a leading client hotel in Aberdeen for a professional and guest-focused Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first and most important point of contact for hotel guests. Because of this, your presence directly shapes the guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will not only manage front desk operations, but also ensure that every guest feels welcomed, guided, and valued throughout their stay.

You will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, and at the same time ensure a smooth check-in process. In addition, you will provide a clear walkthrough of hotel facilities, services, and room information so guests feel comfortable and informed.

πŸ’¬ Guest Support & Issue Handling

You will respond to guest queries promptly, and when issues arise, you will handle them calmly and professionally. If any concerns occur, you will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quick resolution, so that guest satisfaction is never compromised.

🏨 Front Desk Operations

You will manage reservations, bookings, and check-out processes accurately. Moreover, you will ensure all records are maintained correctly using the hotel’s property management system.

🀝 Guest Experience Enhancement

While performing daily duties, you will actively contribute to improving the overall guest experience. For instance, you may recommend hotel services, assist with local guidance, or support special guest requests.
