Job Role Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a pleasant and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and restock room supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Ensure lost property procedures are followed
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Work efficiently within assigned room quotas and time schedules
